Short biography:
He was born on January 27, 1975 in the family of a civil servant in the Vakhdat district. He graduated school No. 58 in the district of Vakhdat with a gold medal (1992). Participated in the republican Olympiads from the mathematics subject: the gold medal (1990), the silver medal (1992) and the bronze medal (1991). He is a graduate of the Tajik National University, Faculty of Financial Accounting, specializing in international economics with knowledge of English language (1993-1998). Worked at the Tax and Legal Institute as an assistant, senior teacher, acting. (1998-2006) and at the same time worked as the deputy dean for educational work (1998-2004), the deputy dean for academic work (2004-2006). In the Institute of Economics of Tajikistan he worked as the dean of the Faculty of Management and Entrepreneurship (2006-2009), the Dean of the Faculty of World Economy and Market Infrastructure (2009-2010), the Dean of the Faculty of International Economic Relations (2010), and also the Head of the department of education). In 2012-2018, he served as vice-rector for international relations. Since 2018, he has been serving as vice-rector for science at the Tajik state Universite of Finance and Economics.
