New opportunities for using innovative technologies

On January 9th, 2016 a meeting of the scientific and practical circle «Economic expert» was held in Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan. Participants discussed the issues of theory and practice of learning and the use of innovative technologies, studied the ways to solve the problems in the development of mobile networks and innovative technologies, identify the ways of studying the experience of developed countries in this area.
On the results of the business trip to India the Head of the Center for Innovative teaching and Information Technologies of FEIT Najmiddinov A. and specialist of the same Center Marajabov S. wrote the report «Experience of Modern India in the Management of Modern Technology and its use in the Republic of Tajikistan».
As A. Najmiddinov noted in his speech, the basis for the development of network innovative technologies in India has made compliance with the new models of mobile networks and linking capabilities to ensure their gradual control services to national factors. This practice is carried out based on the control and use of the factors of interaction of modern technology. Thus, the state policy in India contributed to the fact that today the country became one of the major players in the development of innovative sphere in the world.
S. Madrajabov noted the need to study and use of experience of India in the sphere of innovative technologies development. The government of India pays close attention to the development of science and technology, stimulates the creation of science-intensive and high-tech enterprises and promotes the accelerated development of the innovative sphere.
Thus, the problems hindering the development of innovative technologies in the country and the ways of studying the world experience for their elimination were discussed at the meeting.
Vice-Rector on International Relations B. Safarov took part in the debate and outlined the ways to expand the use of innovative technologies in the educational process, discussed the possibility of using the latest innovative and information technologies in the work with students.
The speakers noted that the use of the experience of India in the field of innovative technologies, no doubt, will contribute to accelerating scientific and technological development of our country.
It should be noted that the authors of the report have improved their professional qualification for two months in Mumbai India in the framework of the ITEC, funded by the Government of India.
