The Address is our guide

On January 28, 2016 a solemn meeting with the participation of faculty, staff and students was held in Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan on the occasion of Address of Founder of Peace and Harmony, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmon with annual address to parliament.

Deputy Chairman of the Sino district Mahmudiyon Nozilsho Hakim, Head of the Executive Office of the PDPT in the Sino district Tavakkal Kamolov, specialist of SCNS RT Ikrom Sattorov took part at the event and made a speech.

The meeting was opened with introductory speech of Rector of FEIT Solekhzoda A.A., who revealed the economic aspects of the Message of Founder of Peace and harmony, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to Majlisi Oli, he stressed that despite of the global crisis, last year showed more positive results for the country in terms of economic development. So, for example, the volume of industrial goods increased in comparison with 2007 to 20.3%, the number of industrial enterprises increased to 29.1%, labor efficiency in the industrial sector increased to 26.7%. To achieve this growth was possible due to the opening of new industrial enterprises, equipped with modern technologies. At the moment, the trend of diversification of the industry is seen. In the last seven years, 1,600 new industrial enterprises were opened in the country, which indicates economic growth.

I would like to mention the growth of the rating of the Republic of Tajikistan in the international arena. Including among the 188 countries of the world Tajikistan occupies 129 place in the rating of the UN on human development, located in the group of countries with medium human development.

In this Message specific instructions to further economic development of the country were given.

In order to accelerate the work for achieving priority goals and identify future prospects for socio-economic development of the country a National Development Strategy of Tajikistan was developed for the period up to 2030. The strategy envisages further sustainable development of the country in the industrial and innovative way, opening of new industrial enterprises.

However, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the country paid special attention to the further development of industries and instructed to take concrete measures in this direction.

It was noted that the industrially-innovative scenario provides the foundation of innovation development of the country's economy, according to which economic development is achieved through internal resources with external sources of financing the national economy.

The proportion of net indirect taxes in GDP ordering provides a balance budget. Expenditure on education and science is 7% and for Development of Health Service and Social Protection of Population is 10% of GDP, - said A. Solekhzoda.

Then, the teachers of FEIT made a speech:  Mahmudiyon Nozilsho Hakim Gulomjon Mirzoev and Umejon Sharipov. They analyzed scientifically the Message from the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, noted its social, political and legal aspects. The speakers noted that the Address is a guide to the formation and development of all sectors of the country economy. The main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the country, as well as political, economic, social, scientific and cultural spheres were reflected in the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan. The President outlined the development of the economy, the social sphere and the public for the current year.

At the same time, it was noted that in the current conditions of Tajikistan it is necessary to develop scientific research topics.

In the final part of the meeting Ashurboy Solekhzoda noted that the faculty, staff and students of FEIT in their daily activities will be guided by the instructions and recommendations of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of nation Emomali Rakhmon, from his Address to Majlisi Oli in the field of economic development, improving the sense of national identity, the struggle against dissent, terrorism and extremism, development of entrepreneurship, enhancing the role of youth in the country's development, the protection of law and order.

The Rector of FEIT instructed the teachers in their research and teaching activity use of the main aspects of the Address and strive to meet the guidance of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, the Leader of the Nation, arising from his Address to Majlisi Oli.
