The Studying of the Legal Aspects of the Message

On February 22, 2016 at the initiative of the Economic and Finance Law Department a regular meeting of the circle «Expert of Modern Law» on topic «Analysis of the Legal Aspects of the Message of the Founder of Peace and Harmony, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to Majlisi Oli» was held.
Opening the work of the circle Nosirov Navoiddin noted that the next Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, covering all aspects of social life of the society, aimed at sustainable development and the improvement of the social and economic situation of the country.
Then, the students made reports to the participants of the circle: Faizov Aliakbar on topic «Adjunction of Young People in Various Extremist and Radical Groups and Analysis of the Problem in the Message»; Mahsiddinov Amirjon on topic «Investigation of the Socio-economic Problems in the Message»; Kamolov Somon on the topic «Prevention of Corruption Factors and their Analysis in the Message»; Sattorova Shakhnoza on the topic «Issues of Education and Health services - the core issue of the Message».
In the final part of the event the participants of the circle noted that one of the central problems addressed in the Message of the Founder of Peace and Harmony, the Leader of the Nation, the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, as usual, is a youth issue. The President of the country urged the youth to keep up to date, improve the knowledge, learn foreign languages, to love and cherish their land, contribute to the sustainable development of the country.
