The role of energetics in the development of the national economy

On April 20, 2016 within the framework of Science Week a meeting of intellectual circle «Economy and Society» was held at the Financial Economics and Taxation Faculty, where the theme «The Role of energetics in the development of the national economy» were discussed.
As the Dean of the Faculty Hurshed Davlatov noted, in accordance with the strategic goals it is necessary to develop scientific research. The question of involving young specialists and talented students to scientific research is particular relevance in the present conditions of modern development.
The participants of the circle listened the reports of Associate Professor of Statistics Department S. Madiev on the theme «The problems of using of hydropower resources in the country», 2nd year student of Insurance specialty J.Halifaev on theme «Energy System of Tajikistan - the main constituent of the national economy» and the second year Master's degree student A. Bobozoda on the theme «The problems of using hydropower reserves».
The speakers noted that the energy sector has a valuable role in the development of the national economy; its development contributes to the creation of new jobs, replenishment of the state budget and improvement of the welfare of the population.
