Nature lovers of FEIT

On June 2 a competition «Nature lovers» was held between the faculties and Master’s degrees Department of the Institute dedicated to the World Environment Day, which is celebrated annually on June 5. The aim of the competition was to identify the best ecologists among the students, the definition of the vector formation of the environmental culture of younger generation, promoting the improvement of the foundations of the state policy in the field of environmental education, the development of environmental education and awareness, the preservation of cultural and natural heritage of the country, the formation of ecological culture and active lifestyle position of the population in relation to environmental conservation.
5 faculties and Master’s degree department took part in the competition. According the competition conditions, the participants organized a nature corner where exposed their achievements. Jury members were elected Orifjonova Vazira, Madislom Rakhmonov, Mashkhura Abdulloeva, Odiljon Ulugov and Rano Kuzieva, who summed up the results of the competition. The contestants competed in reciting poems about the nature, carrying out biological and ecological quizzes and writing essay on the topic «The Nature of Tajikistan».
According to the results of the competition the first place was shared between the students of the Financial Economic and Taxation Faculty and Master’s degrees students, the second place was taken by the students of the Accounting and Statistics Faculty, as well as students of the International Economic Relations, and the third place was taken by the students of the Finance and Credit and Information Technology in Economy Faculties.
