Innovations in the activities of the Center for Advanced Training

On May 18, the meeting was held at the Center for Advanced Training of the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan with the Rector of the Institute Davlatzoda Kudrat Kambar and the representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, where the issues of creating an e-government were discussed.
At the beginning of his speech Davlatzoda K.K. spoke about the contribution of the Center for Advanced Training of the Finance and Economic Institute of Tajikistan in training of highly qualified specialists that meet the requirements of the international labor market. He also noted that in the future the Center under the support of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan will be able to attract employees of all financial institutions for training and advanced training. The specialists of the Center for Advanced Training conduct classes using new methods of teaching and innovative technologies.
As the rector Davlatzoda K.K. noted, the Center makes a great contribution to the formation and expansion of the personnel base for the republic, using the latest technology in the training process, contributes to the development of financial structures, the improvement of such sectors as public finance management, accounting, finance and credit.
Adviser to the Public Administration of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan Rustam Boboev noted that the theory and practice have significant differences, and therefore a specialist who is active in the financial sector and in the accounting industry must possess two professional certificates. In other words, today there was an urgent need for professional development of industry specialists.
R. Boboev noted that today, 14 accounting standards are used in the world; the Center should train the listeners new forms of accounting. For this, it would be advisable if the Center, by organizing staffs in the regions of the republic, expand its activities.
In the final part of the event, the parties reached an agreement on the teaching of electronic financial transactions to students in cooperation with highly qualified personnel, also the issue of providing the Center with a single server was resolved, which contributes to the implementation of plans for the creation of e-government.
