We are going through sustainable development

On June 13, 2017 a meeting was held in the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan in accordance with the plan of the activities of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, in the framework of the celebration of the Youth Year and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of National Unity. The First Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan Rakhmatullo Mirboboev opened the event and introduced the guests to the participants of the event. Among the guests were the Head of the Department of Primary and Secondary Professional Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan Hokimhon Valizoda, as well as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the PDPT in the Sino district Zarina Faizullozoda.
Rakhmatullo Mirboboev, noting in his speech the importance of achieving National Unity, revealed its essence and content. He noted that for 20 years of State sovereignty, our country has achieved great results, the most important of which is the achievement of Peace and Accord and the entry of our Motherland into the path of sustainable development. The Founder of the World and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, risking his life, went to the regions of the republic, met with the population and achieved unity of the people. Thus, it should be noted that the merits of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in strengthening the State independence and establishing peace in Tajikistan are great. The President of country with his wise policy was able to stop the Civil War as soon as possible, unite the people of Tajikistan, stop the process of the disintegration of the nation.
The national unity provided an opportunity to achieve tangible results for years of independence not only in political life, but also in the economic and social spheres, sovereign Tajikistan achieved its strategic aims and provided its people with a decent life.
The experience of Tajikistan in achieving peace and harmony has been recognized by the world community. It is encouraging that some countries have used in practice the Tajik model of peace.
The Head of the Department of primary and secondary professional education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan Hokimhon Valizoda made speech on the topic «Tajikistan is the Land of Youth». As Khokimkhon Valizoda noted, on the initiative of the President of the country, 2017 was declared the Youth Year. 20 years have passed since the first meeting of the President of the country with the youth on May 23, 1997. Young people are the most active, mobile and dynamic part of the population, therefore the Government and the state pay special attention to it. The announcement of 2017 as the Year of Youth is a sign of trust in the society for the younger generation. At the same time, the requirements for young people are special, patriotism should occupy a special place in the life of the younger generation, and youth are obliged to direct all their efforts to the sustainable development of their Homeland.
