Successful Completion of Advanced Training Courses

In order to implement the plan of events of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan from September 4, 2017, № 116 «On measures aimed at conducting advanced training courses and seminars for managers and specialists of financial authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan», the lessons began at the Center of Excellence of the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan.
According to the plan during the period of 2017, the Center plans to organize 9 courses and 9 seminars, of which four seminars and two advanced courses will be organized for the officials of the country's financial authorities.
From September 12 - 21, the training courses on the topics «Planning of State Incomes» and «Planning of the State Budget» was held at the Center, in which the employees of financial authorities were successfully trained. These courses were aimed at improving the skills of specialists in the financial industry. The Head of the Department of Forecasts and Analysis of Tax and Non-Tax Incomes of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan O.Ismoilov took part in organizing and conducting the courses. He gave information about the tax policy and planning of state incomes, the procedure for developing the incomes side of the state budget.
The specialists of financial departments of the towns and districts of Sugd, Khatlon regions, GBAR, districts of republican subordination were invited as listeners to the courses. The classes were conducted by highly qualified specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and FEIT teachers with academic degree, including Z. Boiboboeva - Chief Specialist of the Main Tax Policy and State Payments of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, R. Mirzoyeva- the Chief Specialist of the Main Department of State Budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, Shukurov A. - the Head of the Central Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, among the teachers of the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan - A. Begmatov, H. Jumaboev, P. Orzuev, M. Pirova, T. Ibrohimov. All classes were conducted using modern technical training facilities.
On September 21, the Head of the Main Department of the State Budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan Saivali Safarov took part in the event summarizing the courses. He summarized the work of the Center for Advanced Training and noted the importance of courses and seminars in improving the professional skills of the specialists. He noted that at this stage the issues of studying innovations in the system of planning and execution of the budget, as well as the treasury, are very urgent. As Saivali Safarov noted in the nearest future the Center for Advanced Training of the Finance and Economic Institute will open its offices in Kulyab, Kurgan-Tube, Khorog, as well as in Bobojon Gafurov, Nurabad districts, short-term courses will be conducted online.
In the final part of the event Saivali Safarov gave the certificates to the listeners of successful completion of the courses.
