Opening of the Center for Advanced Training Office of FEIT in Kulyab

On October 6, 2017 in the building of the Financial Department of the Kulyab group of districts of the Khatlon region, within the framework of the Project «Support to state finance management”, and also to implement the «Development Strategies of the Center for Advanced Training of FEIT for 2017-2018» with the support of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the administration of Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan in Kulyab, an office of the Center for Advanced Training of the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan was established.
The rector of the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan Professor Davlatzoda K.K., the head of the Finance Department for the Kulyab group of regions of the Khatlon region Nazarzoda B., the representative of the Project «Support of state finance management» Boboev R. M., the director of the CAT (the Center for Advanced Training) of FEIT Juraev H.G. and others took part at the opening ceremony.
Davlatzoda K.K. in his speech, noted that the opening of the office of the Center for Advanced Training of the FEIT in various regions of the country provides great opportunities to apply the recommendations and fulfill the tasks set by the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. This initiative will contribute to the solution of strategic programs in the sphere of improving the management of state finances. At the same time, the establishment of a regional office of the Center for Advanced Training will provide an opportunity for employees of budgetary institutions and organizations to get distance training and improve their professional skills and knowledge, it  can improve the efficiency of planning and using budget funds.
Davlatzoda K. K. noted that the establishment of the Center for Advanced Training offices of the FEIT at the towns and regions is the first step in accomplishing the tasks outlined by the Leader of the Nation in his speech on Knowledge Day, in the field of improving the activities of centers, courses and institutes of advanced training.
The main aim of the establishment of the CAT of FEIT in different regions of the country is to train specialists in the relevant spheres to use information systems for planning and implementing the state budget, SGB.net program. This form of training will save a lot of time and money, as classes will be conducted online without interruption from the production and the region of residence of the listener.
It should be noted that the training class of the CAT office in Kulyab is equipped with modern equipment, including 10 computers, an electronic board, monitors, etc. In the first groups 20 employees of financial structures of the Kulyab region will participate as listeners. The classes and seminars will be conducted by the best specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the teachers of FEIT, professional international instructors.
In the future, it is planned to open such offices in Kurgan-Tube, Khorog, Bobojon Gafurov and Nurabad districts.
