Youth and Innovative Entrepreneurship

On October 10, 2017 within the framework of the Entrepreneurship Week, a conference on «Youth and innovative entrepreneurship» was held at the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan on the initiative of the Master Degree Department, the Management Department and the Youth Department. The teachers, students and the guests - Deputy Head of the Department of Youth Affairs of the Committee on Youth and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Amirjon Ibrokhimov and Executive Director of the Free Market Center of Tajikistan Aziz Temurov took part at the conference.
Kutbiddin Mukimov, the head of the Science department of the FEIT opened the conference and noted that the youth are the most socially active part of the society, whose contribution to the economic development of the country is great, and the topic discussed by the conference participants is very relevant today. K. Mukimov also noted that as a result of the conference, young entrepreneurs will be provided with specific recommendations on the development of the industry.
Then Shavkat Bozorov, Doctor of economic sciences, professor of the Management department, made a presentation on the topic «Strategic directions of innovative entrepreneurship». He noted that innovative entrepreneurship can be defined as a direction of entrepreneurship aimed at finding new spheres of capital investment. The purpose of innovative entrepreneurship is the implementation of new scientific results, the organization of new forms of management. The basis of this form of entrepreneurship is a constant search for innovation. It should be noted that entrepreneurship is inherently innovative and always connected with innovation. The entrepreneur, in fact, should be an innovator, strive to produce new products and provide services, develop new production technologies, and find new forms of organization and development business. The mechanism for implementing innovative ideas should be based on trust, conviction, aspiration, desire, cooperation, - concluded his speech professor Bozorov Sh.Sh.
The presentations also were made by Aziz Temurov on the topic «Ethical values of entrepreneurs» and Sangahmad Davlatzod on the topic «Innovation in business».
In the final part of the conference, an interesting dispute arose over the chosen topic.
