The Financial Problems of National Economy Development in Modern Conditions

On December 7, 2017 in honor of the professional holiday of financial sphere workers on the initiative of the Finance and Money Circulation Department of the Finance and Credit Faculty a scientific and practical conference on theme «Financial Problems of the National Economy Development in Modern Conditions» was held at the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan. The specialists of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, employees of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, the representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the professors of the universities and the students took part at the conference.
The Rector of FEIT, Doctor of Economics, Professor Davlatzoda Kudrat Kambar opening the conference, congratulated the staff of the institute and guests on the Day of Workers of Financial Industry. In his speech, he noted that in the process of building statehood, on the initiative of the Founder of the Peace and Accord, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, a number of measures were implemented aimed at forming and improving the updated system of national finances, which played an important role in socio-economic development of the country. Today, there is an effective implementation of the financial reform implemented on the basis of the Public Finance Management Strategy in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2009-2018, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan from March 20, 2009.
Davlatzoda K. also noted that the staff of the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan contributes to solving the problems existing in the financial system, by publishing books, textbooks, instructions that meet modern requirements. New methods of teaching, modern technical means of teaching, and the latest literature are widely used in the educational process. All the efforts of the administration of the Institute and the teachers are aimed at the training highly qualified specialists that meet the requirements of the international standards and the international labor market. Teaching staff of FEIT celebrate its professional holiday with great achievements, achieved both in educational and research activities. Rector of FEIT summarized his speech and noted that our teachers make a significant contribution to solving scientific problems in the financial sphere. 
First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan Jamshed Karimzod made a presentation on theme «Achievements in the System of State Finance Management in the Republic of Tajikistan». J. Karimzod noted that it is gratifying that to recognize the work  of the financial industry employees, on December 7 is officially celebrated the Day of Financial Workers in the Republic of Tajikistan. The financial system is the fundamental link of statehood. Thanks to peace and harmony in Tajikistan, we have achieved the results in improving our financial system. The issue of the national currency, the development of cooperation with international financial institutions, including such organizations as the International Monetary Fund, the Asian Development Bank, World Bank shows the result of our work in this direction.
Safarov S., the head of the Main Department of the State Budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan made a presentation on theme 
«The Directions and  the Results of the Public Finance Management System Reform in the Republic of Tajikistan»; the Head of the Department of the Institute of Economics and Demography of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan Karimova M. - on the theme « The Directions of ensuring openness of local budgets in Tajikistan"; Candidate of economic sciences, the head of the department of finance and taxation of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service M. Sadriddinov - on the theme «The Role of Financial Technologies in the Development of the National Economy».
On the results of the work of the conference, it was proposed to submit suggestions and recommendations to the relevant structures of the country.
In the final part of the event, an interesting and informative dispute arose between the participants of the conference.
