The motivation activities in the learning and teaching of foreign languages

In the modern life modernizing the system of education in the Republic of Tajikistan inquires the achievements of innovative methods and technology, which follow the aim if individual creativity of education in intellectual and emotional challenges. In this condition the teachers must form to the learners new experience, good motivation, abilities to adopt and improve themselves in this world. Adequate answer to these challenges is to realize new models, active motivation, educational process, referenced point on individual works of the learners, group forms of study, formation of necessaries skills in the teaching of foreign languages.
It is a known fact that teaching and learning foreign languages can be carried with four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).  All of these activities are veryimportant for the learning motivation. 
With the help of speech motivation activities we can make our learning activities more effectively. It will make us to motivate our thinking abilities, motivation and improve our communication skills. A reasonable solution is always to support our knowledge  motivation. 
Therefore,  on 27.02.18.  with the initiative of the Department of Foreign Languages an Open  Discussion Class was held in the department. 
At the beginning of the discussion  the Head of the Department Dr. Tuygunov N. Kh is led  his report about the strong motivation of the Leader of Nation,  the President of the Republic of Tajikistan  Emomali  Rahmon.
And also, the leaders of the discussion  of the Department Razoqberdiev Sh,  Shirinbekova S, presented their  speech on the theme  «Motivation and its influence in our  life» with the team- groups. 
The assistant of the Department Faizaliev S. shared some examples on motivation and these examples were discussed between the teachers and all  the  students.
During the  discussion  the  students of different faculties   as:  Nozanini S, Umarov A. Tulforov N. Dodikhudoeva A.   and others have been showed their  presentations with their great   language skills, thinking abilities and  dispute activities.
