Nuriddin Said: «The New status obliges to greater responsibility»
On April 6, 2018 on the occasion of the transformation of the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan into the State Finance and Economics University of Tajikistan, the Minister of Education and Science of the country Nuriddin Said visited the university. He read out to the teachers, staff and students the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan from March 27, 2018 No. 169 «On the transformation of the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan into the State Finance and Economics University of Tajikistan».
Congratulating the teachers and the students on behalf of the Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan on this significant event, the Minister wished the staff and students health, prosperity, scientific and creative achievements and encouraged them to make an even greater contribution to the implementation of the policy set by the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
Nuriddin Said noted that with the direct support of the Founder of the Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and on the proposal of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, due to the maximum compliance of the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan with the university's criteria, the institute was given the status of university.
- The granting of the status of the university to the FEIT obliges the staff and the students to take responsibility even more seriously, to strive to meet the university's criteria to the maximum, - Nuriddin Said summed up his speech.
Then Professor Gulomjon Mirzoev, Professor Shavkat Ismoilov and Assistant of Humanities Department Faridun Safarzoda made a speech and expressed their gratitude to the Minister for the support of the university and good wishes. It was said that the former leaders of the Institute and the staff made a huge contribution to the achievement of results. The growing number of universities indicates the achievements of our country in the field of education and science. Our teachers should focus their efforts on improving the educational process and research activities in order to meet the new status of the University.
In the final part of the meeting, Nuriddin Said was awarded with Gratitude for the constant support and assistance to the university.
