Updated Look of the University
The students and teachers of the State Finance and Economics University of Tajikistan met the new 2018-2019 academic year in the renovated buildings and hostels of the university. The flower beds planted around the university buildings are pleasing to the eye with their multicolored and freshness.
It is gratifying that every year our university is becoming more beautiful, the learning environment and the quality of education are being improved.
According to the administration of the management of the economy, this year in SFEUT major repairs were carried out, which continue to this day. So, the educational building №1 has been completely repaired, water supply lines have been updated, fire-prevention stands are equipped, the places near the buildings are landscaped. In the educational building number 2, the heating systems have been completely repaired, water lines have been restored, all the auditoriums, departments, and classroomrooms have been renovated. Repair and restoration work was carried out in the educational building №3. To equip lecture halls and classrooms, more than 420 sets of tables and chairs were purchased, the departments and workrooms were equipped with new furniture.

All conditions are created for the students living in the hostels. In the buildings of hostels No. 1 and No. 2, major repair and restoration works were carried out. 26 two-tiered and 36 single-tiered beds were purchased, 300 bed linen were updated, the roofs of the hostels buildings were replaced, the heating system was restored, and the facade of the buildings was repaired.
It should be noted that the administrative and economic part of the university within the framework of a university-wide plan for the repair and improvement of the university carried out a large amount of work this year. So, many flowers and trees were planted, all garbage was taken out of the territory of the university, sports grounds were updated.
Each of us should contribute to the improvement and greening of the university. Now more than 600 decorative shrubs and flowers planted at the territory of the university. The employees of the administrative and economic administration constantly monitor the cleanliness and improvement of the territories; systematic cleaning days are held.
It is no secret that the foundation of effective training is the creation of appropriate conditions for labor and training for teachers and students, in connection with which the administration of the university pays special attention to this issue. Today our university is equipped with modern teaching technologies. Each of us should appreciate this, take care of technical means and inventory, make contribution to the improvement of the territories of the university, love and appreciate our university, which in fact is our second home.
