Celebration of the Constitution Day in the TSFEU

On November 5, 2018, a ceremonial event dedicated to the 24th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in the conference hall of the TSFEU. Opening the event, the rector of the University Khairzoda Sh.K. congratulated everyone on the holiday, and made a report on the role and significance of the Constitution. It was noted that the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan ranks among the top five constitutions of the world. The author of the report noted the merits of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in establishing statehood and adopting the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan. The adoption of the Constitution is the most valuable achievement of the people and the Tajik state. The Constitution is the basic law, which, expressing the will of the people, and, ensuring a peaceful life in the country, ensures the development of all branches of public life. We should contribute to the formation of citizens' legal awareness and enhancement of their legal culture, - the Rector of TSFEU summarized his speech.  
Then, the Head of the financial, economic and anti-corruption law department Jamrod Boboev made a report on the theme «The Role of the Constitution in the Legislative System of the Republic of Tajikistan». It was noted that the Constitution, being the main achievement of the era of independence, ensures the human right to a decent life. The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan was adopted by referendum. The speaker noted that on the territory of the CIS, our Constitution was the second, adopted as a result of a national referendum.
A third-year student of the Economics and Business Faculty Farrukh Bobomurozoda made a presentation on the theme «The Constitution is the guarantor of our happiness».
In the final part of the event, the amateur ensemble of the university, headed by Juramurodi Muhammadnazar, showed an interesting concert program, which consisted of songs and poems on a patriotic theme. Rukhina Shokirova, Komron Odinaev, Hisrav Bekzoda, Amirkhamza Rakhimov and other students took an active part in the concert.
The event was held in an atmosphere of sincerity and gratitude for a peaceful and creative life in the country.
