Recrtor’s New Year greeting to the academic and teaching staff of the University

Dear colleagues, dear students!

I sincerely congratulate you all on the upcoming new year 2021! I wish your health, prosperity, success, happiness and good luck!
The past year was hard and difficult, because of that the international community faced the COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic, which brought economic losses, as a result of the disease, a huge number of people lost their lives.
But our people have passed this difficult time with dignity. Thanks to the wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, our country has achieved success in all spheres of public life.
It is a matter of pride that the outgoing year has become very fruitful for our university. The main achievement of the university, in particular, can be considered the fact that in the past year three active specialties passed international certification, the university itself passed institutional certification, a new electronic program was introduced into the educational process, new textbooks and other materials were published (the publication plan was completed at 115 %), in the outgoing year 20 university teachers defended their dissertations for the degree of candidate of sciences, cooperation agreements were signed with 9 foreign higher educational institutions, which 3 of them are European universities. The project of Erasmus+K2 was implemented and 84 students graduated with a diploma and honor degree. 
These achievements indicate that the work of the management and staff of the university is systemic and effective.
All difficulties are left behind, achieving positive results strengthens our faith in a better future. Creative power, creative research, effective work of the team, dedication to their work, hard work and selfless work of teachers and students open up new opportunities in solving all problems in the future.
I am confident that the new year 2021 will be a year of good news and bright achievements.
