The results of the academic year have been summed up

On June 7-8 of this year, a working meeting was held at the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics with the participation of the faculty of the university, during which the report of the rector Khairzoda Shukrullo Qurbonali "On the results of the activities of TSFEU in the academic year of 2020-2021 and the priority tasks for the new academic year".
Reporting on the preparation of the university for a worthy meeting of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the activities of the university over the past academic year, the rector noted that the academic year of 2020-2021 was an important stage in the development of the university. So, during the reporting period, the university has further strengthened its position in the country's higher education system, including in the ranking of universities in Tajikistan, TSUFE has been stubbornly holding the fourth place for the third year; the university was also included in the list of the best universities according to the Webometrics Ranking of World Universities (Madrid, Spain), taking 13,862 place among 30,000 higher educational institutions in the world; 27 graduate students and applicants earning their dissertations for the degree of candidate of sciences, which is an irrefutable indicator of the university's strong intellectual potential.
According to the results of the student Olympiad dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, our students took two first places (in economic theory and the history of the Tajik people), one second place (in higher mathematics) and one third place (in economic geography).
Our students noted positive results for their participation in the competition "Students and Scientific and Technological Progress", taking two second places, which is a good contribution to the implementation of the action plan outlined within the announced "Twenty Years of Study and Development of Natural, Exact and Mathematical Sciences in the Field of Science and education ".
After reporting on the quality of the educational process, achievements in the field of research and development activities of the university, educational work, the results of international relations and economic activities of the university, the rector gave practical recommendations to the responsible persons to eliminate the shortcomings noted by him.
After analyzing the quality of the educational process, the rector noted that it is mandatory for teachers of the university to undergo training at advanced training courses. Specific tasks were set to improve labor discipline.
Professor of the Department of Humanities Ghulomjon Mirzoev spoke in the debate, who, supporting the speech of the rector of TSUFE Sh.Khairzoda, noted that the main condition for the effectiveness of the educational process is to increase the professional responsibility of all employees of the university. Also he emphasized that the main factor in improving the activities of TSUFE in all areas is the study of the works and speeches of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and implementation of his recommendations.
Also in the debate took part: the lecturer of the Department of Russian Language J. Makhshulov, Head of the Department of Economic Theory F. Nasriddinov, Dean of the Faculty of Management and Economic Law M. Sodikov, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Economics of Enterprises and Entrepreneurship H. Fakerov, teachers of the Department of Humanities Makhimov M. and Abdulvohidova F., who, noting the achievements of the university for the reporting period, put forward their proposals to improve the quality of the university.
Summing up the results, the rector of TSUFE Sh.Khairzoda recommended that teachers, heads of structures, responsible persons take their responsibilities and direct all efforts to a worthy meeting of the upcoming historical event - the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
