The role of innovative management in economic development

Dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the 16th Session of Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan, on October 29 of this year, at the university, by initiative of the Departments of Management and Financial Management, in cooperation with the Department of Science and Innovation, it was held a Republican Scientific and Practical Conference under the title "Development of innovative management and its role in implementation of the country's strategic goals".
The conference was opened by the rector of the university, Hakimbek Abdualimzoda, who noted that the topic under consideration of the conference is important, and it was launched on the basis of the policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the direction of innovation. Today, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has adopted many normative legal documents in the direction of innovation and its development in the country, which helps to regulate this direction. Currently, in our country, innovation is being used in production, technologies and trade, which has brought good results, - said the rector.
Then, the Head of the Public Organization "National Association of Managers and Marketing Specialists", the rector of the Academy of Management and Business, D.E.Sc., Professor Sh. Bazarov made speech on the topic "Innovative Management in the field of Education". The speaker emphasized that education is one of the drivers of innovation, because innovations are discovered and implemented in Higher Education Professional institutions. But unfortunately, the implementation of innovations in the Higher Education Institutions of our country is less visible. Using the examples of the Texas Technological University and the Bangalore Technological Park, the professor talked about the effectiveness of the implementation of innovations abroad and showed the ways of their use in the universities of our country. He noted that for the implementation of innovations in universities, the commercialization of innovations should be established and the innovation management mechanism should be used correctly. For this, first of all, it should be created a group of initiators and they should develop investment and innovation projects in the university and monitor their implementation.
In continuation, D.E.Sc., Professor, Head of the Human Resources Management Department of the National University of Tajikistan, Tavarali Ghaniev gave a report on the topic "Justice and Gratitude as values of Strategic Modeling and Systematization of Leadership in Innovative Management of the 21st Century" and noted, among other things, that in order to achieve a great result of justice and gratitude of management, it is necessary for every manager to recognize the object, events and situation as a single and separate system of management justice, which is also fully connected to the new system and model of electronic management.
Also, the leading specialist of the Research Institute of the National Bank of Tajikistan, associate professor Sayali Mirzoev spoke on the topic "National strategy of financial inclusion - an innovative tool for implementing the country's strategic goals."
The speaker said that the implementation of innovative economic achievements and the management of these processes play an important role in the realization of strategic goals of the country. In order to achieve the highest goal of long-term development of the national economy’s stability and raising the standard of living of the people, there have been defined the strategic development goals, which include all socio-economic sectors of the country. It is impossible to imagine the implementation of the strategic goals of the country without taking into account the increase of financial development, which is a rapidly growing and competitive system with offering high-quality innovative financial services and is resistant to the influence of internal and external factors.
In order to increase the level of financial literacy and ensure the strategic goals of the country, Sayali Mirzoev considered it important to solve a number of basic tasks, such as establishing coordination between the financial sector and state authorities, as well as between public and private providers of financial education; study of the needs of different segments of the population and financial literacy, as well as the influence of cultural characteristics, thinking and identification of priority segments; development of Financial Education Strategy and individual programs for coverage of target segments and introducing the subject of financial literacy in general educational schools.
In continuation it was said that as a result of the implementation of the main tasks of financial literacy, the general indicator of financial literacy was increased by at least 10 percent, and financial literacy programs covered at least 500,000. participants, including 150,000 pupils. It should be noted that all the activities planned in the direction of reform of the financial system help to increase the capacity and competitiveness of financial credit organizations and allow to lay a solid foundation for achieving the strategic goals of the country.
The conference continued its work in two sections - the section of theory, methodology and practice of innovative management and the section of management, finance, digital economy and economic law. In these sections, there were discussed issues related to the role of foreign direct investment in the implementation of strategic goals, the impact of globalization processes on the development of the country's economy and the features of innovative management. In total, there were made more than 120 reports. In the end, according to the results of the conference, it will be justified scientific proposals to the relevant authorities.
