Report on activity in the presence of Media representatives

- The Tajik State University of Finance and Economics has expanded international relations, in 2022 it signed cooperation agreements with 6 universities and foreign organizations, in total it cooperates with 126 institutions. In the framework of this cooperation and student exchange program 8 students of our university study at universities in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. 
This was stated to journalists by the Rector of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, Abdualimzoda Hakimbek Abdualim during a press conference held on February 8 this year.
At the beginning, the rector of the university informed the audience about the new achievements of the university and assessed the activity of teachers, students and employees as significant and effective. In particular, he pointed out that 2022 year was a memorable and unforgettable year for TSUFE, because a new 5-storey educational building with a basement floor was opened with a modern layout for more than 3,000 seats in one shift. It was put into use on December 20th, 2022, with the participation of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahman and the Chairman of Majlisi Milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Rustami Emomali. This building consists of 66 modern classrooms, including Customs Laboratory, the Laboratory of the Digital Economy and the Educational Bank. “These classrooms are designed to combine theory with practice in the educational process, including a customs laboratory that meets the requirements of international standards, it is equipped with a number of technical devices for customs control and has no analogues among HEIs of the country,” the rector said. 
In continuation Abdualimzoda H. mentioned the scientific and research work of the teachers of the university and added that on January 7, 2022, the Dissertation Council 6D.KOA-014 started working at TSUFE with the right to defend candidate theses in three specialties, and in the reporting year, among other researchers 4 aspirants of the university successfully defended their candidate theses. In total, in the last year, 10 aspirants of the university defended their thesis and strengthened the scientific capacity of the university.
The rector mentioned the achievements of the students in the Republican contests and Olympiads and spoke about the support of the university for their motivation. Including the achievement of the 1st year master's student in the Republican round of the contest "Science is the source of knowledge", 1 winner of the city round of the contest “The book is the light of wisdom morning”, 1 winner in the contest "Students and the progress of science and technology" and 1 winner of the Republican contest "The best knower of Constitution", which raised the name of the university and is a reflection of the high interest and ability of students.
During the press conference, representatives of the media, including the radio "Sadoi Dushanbe" (Voice of Dushanbe), AMIT "Khovar", the newspapers "Omuzgor" (Teacher), "Javononi Tojikiston" (Youth of Tajikistan), "Narodnaya Gazeta" (People Newspaper), "Payomi Dushanbe" (Message of Dushanbe) and other publications asked  the rector of the university the questions related to the areas of study, education, scientific and research work, international relations, conditions and requirements of distance education, the state of supply of hostels, the implementation of the plan for the admission of applicants, the number of foreign students and the terms and conditions of their education, the implementation of investment projects in the university, the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Education of Citizens' Patriotism" and the other state programs and strategies and future tasks and plans of the leadership of the university and they received specific and satisfactory answers.
