Celebration in honor of the Day of the Armed Forces

On 22 February of this year, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, it was held a grandiose cultural and educational event in the cultural hall of the university with the wide participation of teachers and employees, students and veterans.
The rector of the university, Hakimbek Abdualimzoda, opened the ceremonial meeting and congratulated all participants on this great holiday. In particular, he noted that during its existence, our National Army proved that it is considered as the main support of the state and the reliable shield of the nation, a powerful military force, the protector of the peaceful sky of our country and it is steadily developing in order to protect the borders and land of our beloved country.
- Nowadays, the capacity of the National Army has been strengthened and it has become a powerful and potent institution with highly qualified personnel. As citizens of our beloved country, we are proud of the achievements of our National Army. We are grateful for the bravery and heroism of the soldiers of the Motherland for the sake of the country's security, and we appreciate their service, - the rector said in the continuation of his speech. 
In connection with these words, the head of the university expressed his opinion about the advantages of military service and named it a school of life. Also, he noted that students and graduates of the university are active during the recruitment campaigns for the Armed Forces and voluntarily go to military service.
Shohona Odinazoda, the editor-in-chief of the magazine "Tajikistan Women" took part in the event, and during her congratulatory speech, she mentioned the actions of the university and the active participation of students and graduates of the university in recruitment campaigns to join the Armed Forces. On behalf of the administration of the magazine "Women of Tajikistan", Sh. Odinazoda presented a letter of gratitude to the university for beneficial cooperation and training the young generation in the spirit of patriotism.
During the event, veterans of the Armed Forces, internationalist soldiers and activists of the university were awarded commemorative medals, certificates of honor and letters of thanks. In particular, the rector of the TSUFE Abdualimzoda Kh.A., the head of the Department of Economic Theory, Professor Nasriddinov F.B., the commandant of the hostel No. 1 Mukhtorov Z., the chairman of the TUESW of TSUFE Niyozov B. were awarded the jubilee medal "30th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan". The diplomas of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan were awarded to the First Vice-rector, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Jurahonzoda B.J., Vice-Rector for Economic and Administrative Affairs D. Murodov, Head of the Department for Finance and Accounting Gaffori A., Head of the Department for Studies Kalandarov A. The  honorary diplomas of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics were received by internationalist soldiers, including: Professor Nasriddinov F.B.; Associate Professor Khayitov S.P., Senior Lecturer Nozimov Kh.; Head of the Department of Higher Mathematics Shodmonov M., Head of the Department of Planning and Economic Forecasting Zukhurov M., Head of the Warehouse Davlatov M., Senior Lecturers Shomudinov O., Musofirov E., Specialist of the Department for Monitoring and Management of Educational Quality Kholboboev R. The Youth department of TSUFE was recognized as the best structural unit among the universities of the country in 2022 and received the Diploma of the Committee for Youth Affairs and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The Head of the Test Center Rakhimov M., the Head of the Management Department Negmatov I. and the Head of the Accounting Department Bobomurodov B. were presented with certificates of thanks from the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In the cultural part of the event, it was presented a concert program, prepared by the artistic team "Javani" of the university. The concert program was composed on a patriotic theme.
The event was held in an atmosphere of patriotism and love for the Motherland.
