The greatness of Mother's Day

In honor of Mother's Day on March 7, it was held a cultural and educational event at the university. The rector of the university Hakimbek Abdualimzoda opened it with a congratulatory speech and recognized the dignity and position of the Tajik woman in modern time. In particular, he noted that this holiday is evidence of respect and appreciation of the labors and suffering of dear mothers, love, sincerity and happiness of Tajik women. Because the role of a woman in strengthening and developing society, building a happy and healthy family, educating and raising children, and raising the prestige of the family is extremely important and valuable.
Referring to the history of the emergence of this holiday, the speaker noted that thanks to the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the initiative and direct support of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, every year since 2009 March 8 is celebrated as Mother's Day.
The celebration of this day is an expression of the attention and respect of the Leadership of our State to the personality of Mother-Woman as the creator of the human race, the educator of the nation, the leader of society, the keeper of national culture and values, and also the shaker of the cradle of human civilization, the rector said.
- At present, the status of Mother-Woman has increased in the republic, our dear mothers and sisters are proudly fulfilling their mission in all important sectors of the national economy, and have earned high respect in society. We are proud that at our university there are also women - teachers and staff who work fruitfully and make a valuable contribution to raising the level of knowledge and skills of young people. We are proud of the women and students of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, - said Abdualimzoda H. during the conference.
The rector continued to note the fruitful work of the women of the university, whose number reaches 245, and assessed their role in the development of the university and the success of teaching and education as important.
At the same time, it was said that the improvement of indicators in all areas depends on the effective activity of women, and this indicates that in our country the role of the mother occupies a special place in all spheres of life, and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan always pays special attention to caring mothers.
In continuation of Mother's Day, several active women - teachers and staff, such as Professor Kandiyorova D.O., Abdurakhmonova M., Abdusattorzoda S., Muhammadieva S., Bobosherzoda N., Khalilova U., Latipova G., Isainova M., Khakimova M., Azizova S. for effective work were awarded Certificates of honor.
At the same time, 5 students were awarded certificates for participating in online training courses at the Almaty University of Management in Kazakhstan.
At the end, it was presented a colorful concert program prepared by the artistic team "Javani" of the university consisting of dances and songs, poetry readings, an educational scene on the topic of maternal respect, which was very impressive and instructive.
