The beginning of science week in TSUFE

On April 24 of this year,  within the framework of the Science Week at the university, there was launched a scientific-theoretical conference of professors, teachers and students of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics on the topic "Development of the financial and economic mechanism of the development of the Republic of Tajikistan in the conditions of globalization" based on the results of scientific and research work dedicated to the Years of industrial development (2022-2026).
It was opened by the rector of the educational institution, Hakimbek Abdualimzoda, who noted that every year in our country, the second week of April is completely devoted to science, and this good tradition originates from the scientific education of the Tajik people.
In the conference of this year, there will be also discussed the results of the scientific and research work of the professors and teachers, and it is devoted to important topics. The purpose of the April conferences is to collect scientific proposals of each researcher on the basis of research work for relevant ministries and institutions. Therefore, scientists and researchers were invited to present specific scientific articles and proposals at the conference.
- The educational policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon is a testimony that the Government of the country pays special attention to science and education.
The speaker spoke about the connection between production and science and the use of the results of research work in the implementation of state programs and strategies, and also emphasized that most of the reports submitted to the conference correspond to the topics of priority areas for the development of the Republic of Tajikistan, and we believe that as a result of this study there will be made concrete scientific proposals to the relevant organizations and institutions, - said the rector.
Then the representative of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rabi Rabiev spoke and wished success to the work of the conference and, also, reminded some of the Economic indicators in 2022 that will be needed by researchers.
Further, the professor of the Department of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship, Hamidullokhon Fakerov made a presentation on the topic "Ways of improving the higher economic education through the implementation of modern educational services and technologies in the Republic of Tajikistan". The report mostly included issues of improving the quality of education in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) of the country. The professor emphasized, among other things, that the issue of improving the quality of education is a continuous process and it should be raised regularly. Scientific and technical progress also requires raising the quality of education, that is, all of these are connected between each other.
The professor continued to mention some modern teaching methods, which are used in HEIs of developed foreign countries and have given good results, such as the interactive method, video lessons, work games, simulation games. By giving specific examples, the speaker proved that the use of these teaching methods affects the students' feelings and motivates them.
To introduce these teaching methods, the speaker considers the implementation of the following measures as appropriate, such as providing high-level services, providing information and communication technologies, organizing teacher training courses, developing educational materials that meet the requirements, and much more, the implementation of which in the conditions of the Republic of Tajikistan will lay basis for the training of quality personnel.
Then Inomjon Aminov, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Management of the university spoke on the topic "Problems of business development in the Republic of Tajikistan". The professor analyzed in detail the current state of business in the country based on microeconomic indicators. He explained the problems of the sector, including the agreement between the tax authorities and businessmen, the organization of production cooperatives, the development of state entrepreneurship and the training of specialists in the sector. At the same time, in order to solve this problem, the professor made a number of proposals, including proper investment in the business sector, creating a complete infrastructure, introducing the experience of foreign countries, competitive imports, and the like. He noted that the development of entrepreneurship will help ensure the balance of the labor market in the country.
In the debate part of the conference B. Safarov, J. Boboev, and F. Nasriddinov spoke and noted that the discussed issues are topical and relate to the direction of the university's work, and it is hoped that based on the results of the conference, there will be made the scientific proposals to the relevant authorities to solve some problems.
Then, the work of the conference will continue in 9 sectors - finance, economy and credit (57 reports), banking and stock exchange and insurance (37 reports), information technologies and digital economy (22 reports), economy, management and tax (31 reports), sector economic law and customs activities (28 reports), accounting, statistics, audit and economic analysis (22 reports), exact sciences, natural sciences, mathematics and civil defense (25 reports), humanities and languages (53 reports) and in the field of doctoral studies by specialty (PhD) (97 reports).
It should be noted that the reports of the speakers were prepared in Tajik, Russian and English languages, covering the important topics of separate scientific areas, and in total, more than 344 reports.
At the end, the best articles will be determined and on April 29, the sector heads' reports will be given to the university management, and appropriate decisions will be made about them.
