Award ceremony of the republic olympiad

On May 17 there was held an Award ceremony at the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics for the winners of the Republican round of the Olympiad of subjects among students of Higher Educational Institutions of the country under the title "The foundation of the state will not stand stable without  Education..." dedicated to "Twenty years of study and development of natural, exact and mathematic sciences in the field of science and ,education"  which has been started on 2022-2023 academic year. It was attended by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan Rahim Saidzoda, employees of the Central office of the Ministry of Education and Science, rectors and vice-rectors of HEIs, teachers and students.
First, during his speech, the Minister of Education and Science Saidzoda Rahim Hamro expressed that after gaining State Independence, the field of science and education of the country gradually developed, and there are held contests and Olympiads of various levels in the country during this period with the active participation of talented students. Today we also witnessed such Olympiad. Saidzoda R.H. congratulated the winners of this Olympiad for their achievements and wished them success. He also expressed gratitude to the Administration of TSUFE for organizing the contest at a high level and ensuring transparency.
In the continuation, it was begun the award ceremony to the winners. More than 400 students from 39 institutions of HEIs participated in this Olympiad and competed in 14 academic subjects. As a result, 36 students were awarded the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, and 4 students were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan for their active participations.
According to the results of the team in the field of humanities, economics and social sciences, the National University of Tajikistan won the first place, the State University of Bokhtar named after Nasir Khusrav won the second place, and the State University of Kulob named after Abu Abdullahi Rudaki won the third place.
According to the team results in the field of natural and mathematical sciences, the National University of Tajikistan won the first place, the State Pedagogical University of Tajikistan named after Sadriddin Aini won the second place, and the State University of Khujand named after Bobojan Gafurov won the third place. They all were awarded with Honorary diplomas and souvenirs of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In the end, it was held a colorful cultural and entertainment event by the cultural department of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics.
The results of TSUFE are also significant in the Olympiad. Nasriddinzoda Shahiddin, a second-year by specialty of international management of the university won the second place in the subject of economic theory (under supervising of the senior lecturer of the Economic Theory Department Balkhov D.) and first-year student of the customs activity specialty Taburov Shohramazon (supervisor: senior lecturer of the Russian Language Department Drozdenko L.N.) won the third place in the subject of the Russian language.
Of course, this is the merit of the entire university, the winning students and their teachers. We are proud that the Olympic team of our university annually participates in Olympiads with their heads held high, raising the honor of the university. We congratulate the winners on this achievement and wish them the conquest of new heights of science and knowledge. We hope that the results will be even better in the coming years.
