Issues of education and upbringing in the spotlight

As every year, in order to get acquainted with the state of training and education of students, their educational activities, attendance and participation in classes, on September 26 of this year, the rector of TSUFE Abdualimzoda Hakimbek Abdualim held a meeting with first-year students of the Faculty of International Economic Relations in the university’s study hall.
The content of the topic of conversation consists mainly of issues of compliance with the requirements of the student routine, including encouragement of active students by the university administration, maintaining order and discipline, preparing for classes, reading books and newspapers, library subscriptions, participation in intellectual competitions and clubs, effective use of time, proper attitude and respect for teachers and fellow students, as well as the maintenance of classrooms and study halls in good sanitary and hygienic condition, educational equipment and living conditions in the hostel. In addition, along with knowledge of the state language, studying foreign languages, the use of modern information and communication technologies and the presence of national identity, the rector emphasized that today the university has established cooperative relations with 112 foreign universities, and over the past five years, more than 150 students have been sent to foreign universities.
It was said that the institution has created all the conditions for learning; every student can effectively use it and expand his scientific world by acquiring modern knowledge. This way of attitude and action allows to student to be a good professional and competitive in the labor market.
At the end of the meeting, several students addressed the rector with questions and received satisfactory answers.
After the conversation, the rector gave strict instructions to all officials involved in teaching and upbringing activities and the leadership of the faculty.
In the future, it is planned to organize similar free discussions of the rector with students of other faculties.
