Celebrating the President's Day is a sign of respect

On November 15 of this year, dedicated to the Day of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, at the university there was held the scientific and political conference of professors, teachers and students under the title "Emomali Rahmon, the Founder of the modern thinking of National Statehood", in which Rashid Alimov, state and political employee, Doctor of political sciences, Professor of the Academy of State Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and Makhfirat Khidirzoda, doctor of philosophy, professor, member of the Central Election and Referendum Commission of the Republic of Tajikistan participated and spoke. 
At the beginning, the rector of the university, Hakimbek Abdualimzoda congratulated the participants on the President's Day, reflected on the constructive initiatives and wise measures of the Leader of the Nation, and added that today, under the leadership of Emomali Rahmon, the school of modern national government of Tajiks has been formed, which is one of the factors that guarantee the development and is the stability of our State.
History has proven with its fateful events that the election of Emomali Rahmon as the President of the country is an outstanding future-making phenomenon. In fact, the huge developments that have taken place in our independent country at this stage are linked to the strong political will, high national pride, hard work and the creative power of the wise and powerful Leader. The faithful and fruitful life and activity of the Leader of the Nation is a source of pride and a lesson for every conscientious and patriotic individual, said the rector.
He spoke in detail about the global initiatives and actions of the Leader of the Nation, which are aimed at the development of the education sector and the support of the youth.
In continuation, Professor Rashid Alimov spoke and added that the current history of Tajikistan proves that a resourceful and wise person can play a fateful role in the history of his nation and state. This reality was fully proven by the constructive work of the President of the country, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in the process of peacemaking, national unity and restoration of the country.
It was the wisdom and foresight of the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, who, from the very beginning, began to solve issues that were considered important for the protection of the nation and the state, and gradually developed the various structures of the national economy. On September 3, 1993, a new page began in Tajik diplomacy, because on this day, the Republic of Tajikistan joined the UN, and the voice of Tajikistan was raised from its high platform through the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon.

Then Makhfirat Khidirzoda spoke and expressed her thoughts about the essence of the President’s Day and the 16th Session of the Supreme Council. She said that more than 30 years have passed since this Session and the assessment of the fundamental changes that have occurred in Tajikistan, it can be concluded that the 16th session is a historical event, which, along with other important aspects, brought a historical figure to the political arena and contributed developing an understanding of the value of history. An assessment of the social reality of that time from a historical and political point of view shows that the difficult situation and crisis of power made the process of forming social relations difficult and impossible. It was in such conditions that taking over the management of society and regulating all relations allowed a person who really possessed political will and extraordinary power to govern. Emomali Rahmon became such a personality in the history of our new statehood.
The management experience of the past three decades shows that the political planning and forecasting of the presidential institution ensures the success of consistent management and has a key influence on the correct determination of priorities in solving the problems of the society.
With the passing of a certain historical stage, when the socio-political reality has completely changed, the recognition of society led to the formation of a new political value - the Leader of the nation. Its instructional nature made it possible for the institution of the Leader of the Nation to be accepted and recognized as a new social institution.
In summary, Rashid Alimov, Doctor of political sciences, Professor of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, was accepted as an Honorary Professor of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics.
