A press conference was held at TSUFE

- In the last academic year, 30 lecturers of the university successfully defended their theses, including 3 doctoral theses and 27 candidate's theses in national dissertation councils, which is considered one of the best achievements of the university, a record number, and this is the basis for strengthening the scientific capacity of the university, - said the rector of TSUFE Abdualimzoda Hakimbek Abdualim in front of media representatives at the press conference held on February 7.
The rector of the university gave brief information about the achievements and activities of education, training, science, international relations and economy of the university. Among other things, the speaker noted that: the university has been taking the fourth place in the ranking of HEIs of the country for several years; this year, applicants were accepted for the specialties of digital economics, economic security, public administration and law, computer security, economic cybernetics and public administration; 102 students graduated from the university with an "excellent" diploma and went to work in various fields of the national economy and scientific and research activities, which is 23% more than last year; establishment of basic departments of the relevant ministries and agencies in order to implement the Protocol of the visit of the Leader of Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon to the university, holding educational internships for students on the basis of the newly established educational laboratories of the university: customs educational laboratory; educational bank center; educational laboratory of digital economy; the educational laboratory of the 1-C program and the educational laboratory of the Department of Taxation and Taxation, all of it help to connect theory to practice.
At the press conference, there were present journalists from such publications as newspapers "Omuzgor", "Narodnaya Gazeta", "Maromi poytakht", "Payomi Dushanbe", "Istiqlol", "Faraj", magazines "Finance and Accounting", "Tajikistan", radios "Sado Dushanbe", "Khovar", "Farhang", TV "Safina", "Dushanbe", "Jahonnamo" and they asked questions to the management of the university about the half-year activities of it.
Abdualimzoda H. and vice-rectors answered journalists' questions regarding the measures related to the declaration of 2024 as the "Year of Legal Education", the continuation of students' education in HEIs abroad, student expulsion and reinstatement, the educational conditions of foreign students, organization of language courses in the university, strengthening of the relationship between the university and parents, measures for the transition of the university to the digital economy, the amount of the education contract for foreign citizens and other issues gave specific answers.
After the press conference, the journalists visited the educational laboratories of the university.
