TSUFE is a winner of the district round of the "Best kadbonu" competition

Every year, on the eve of the spring holidays, various educational events and competitions are organized in the capital of our country based on the framework of the action plan of the Committee for Work with Women and the Family under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the mayor's office. The city competition "The best Kadbonu" (the best female chef) is one of such measures, the district round of which was held on February 19 of this year, and the best kadbonus of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics won the first place, which is a source of pride.
Representatives of various professions, including institutions in the field of education, healthcare, social sector and large-scale educational institutions of the Sino district, localities of the district took an active part in it.
"Gulofaron" team of Tajik State University of Finance and Economics won the first place for active participation and making a valuable contribution to the promotion, revival and preservation of the best national traditions of our ancestors in the direction of preparing national dishes, delicious meals, local dishes, increasing the taste of cooking and culinary arts and was awarded with a diploma and a souvenir of the organizing committee.
This diploma was presented by the deputy head of the Sino district of Dushanbe city Sayyora Safaralizoda to Mastura Buriyeva, the vice-rector for educational affairs of TSUFE.
It should be said that the purpose of the competition is to encourage and find talented women, women with good taste and skills, to revive lost national and local dishes and to develop the cooking of national dishes in restaurants and kitchens, to prepare young women for independent life, to increase the knowledge of homemaking and the taste of table setting, to raise the status of women in the society and increase of new jobs, familiarity with history, culture and national civilization.
