The Commencement of the Republican Contest "The Best Programmer" in 2024

The Tajik State University of Finance and Economics has become the center of holding Republican Contests and there are held high-level events. This time, on March 2 of this year, there was held the Republican contest "The best programmer" at TSUFE among the students of Higher Professional Educational Institutions (HPEIs) of the country.
At the opening ceremony of the contest, the rector of TSUFE Abdualimzoda Hakimbek welcomed the guests, teachers and participants of the contest to the university and mentioned that it is the second year that the contest "The Best Programmer" has been held in our university and has gathered the participants from 17 higher professional education institutions of the country. The contest is dedicated to the implementation of the State Program “Twenty years of the study and development of natural, exact and mathematical sciences in the field of science and education” 2020-2040 and to prepare students to participate in the republican contest "Science - the promotion of knowledge" and thus, to increase the skill of using information technologies in the process of scientific and educational activities, finding new faces in the field of information technologies, developing the skills of using practical computer programs, strengthening the process of non-cash settlement in the republic and implementing the provisions of the Digital Economy Concept in the Republic of Tajikistan and the formation of electronic government.
Scientific and technical progress makes life even easier, more interesting, safer, more active, and the main role in these achievements is played by practical computer programs, in the implementation of which specialists of the field, that is, programmers, play an effective role.
In this regard, the university decided to organize " the Best Programmer" contest among the higher professional education institutions in the republic and to arouse the interest of students in the direction of information and communication technologies, and to find the best faces among them.
Holding such contests helps to strengthen the knowledge of students and lays the foundation for becoming a good specialist in the field, because in modern times, specialists in the field of information technologies, especially programmers, are needed for the implementation of digitization of individual sectors of the economy according to state programs and strategies.
So, the contest was held in 2 nominations: programming and innovative projects, in which 30 students participated from 17 higher education institutions of the country. The process of the contest is judged by a competent commission. Therefore, in order to hold this contest at a high and transparent level, the rector of  TSUFE wished good luck to chief programming jury - the Associate professor of the National University of Tajikistan, Parviz Sadriddinov, and to main jury for innovative projects - the Associate professor of the Technological University of Tajikistan, Mirzomuddin Nasriddinzoda.
The dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies in Economics of TSUFE, Sofia Temurbekova, expressed her opinion about the terms of the contest, opportunities for participants and the availability of the necessary conditions, especially the availability of the latest digital technology and equipment in the university.
