Science week has started

On April 22 of this year, as part of the Science Week, there was held a scientific and theoretical conference of teachers and staff, master's and doctoral students and students dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and the "Year of Legal Education" at the university.
It was opened with an introductory speech by F. A. Kodirov, Vice rector for science, who said that it is a tradition to hold a scientific conference in the university every year during the Science Week, and making speech at these conferences helps for students and undergraduates to step into the path of science.
The speaker noted that the holding of this conference, which is the result of the scientific research of the professors and teachers of the university, it will discuss and analyze the issues of the formation of the "green economy", the development of the economic and financial system and its specific directions in the conditions of globalization and regional integration.
In the opening part of the conference, the speech of Ubaidulloev F.K., the Head of the department of international financial and credit relations, was heard on the topic "The concept of justice in the teachings of the Leader of the Nation". The speaker first explained the concept of "justice" and applied the principle of justice in the life, activity and governance of three great men of his time and geniuses of the Tajik people - Kurushi Kabir, Ismail Somoni and the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon with provided scientific evidence.
He noted that the concept of justice has a special place in the teachings of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, and the support of our justice-loving society is also included in the Constitution. Compliance with the principle of justice is considered the basis of peaceful coexistence of people.
The speaker mentioned the observance of the principle of justice in several directions during the leadership of the Leader of the Nation, such as the announcement of amnesty 15 times, in the distribution of water in the region, in the judicial authorities, and the like, all of which are the basis for scientific research.
In the continuation, the Head of the Department of natural sciences Ulugov O.P. spoke on the topic "Green economy, a factor of improving environmental protection". He gave information about the concept of "green economy" and added that it is a new stage of development, the purpose of which is the production of environmentally friendly products based on clean and "green" technologies. In our country, it has been adopted the Development Strategy of the "green economy" in the Republic of Tajikistan for the years 2023-2037, which helps to ensure sustainable development in the fields of economy, social stability, ecological balance and increase the level of well-being of the country's people.
On behalf of the young researchers, Khomeini Nosirov, a 1st-year master student specializing in economic law, spoke on the topic "Some problems of the rights and freedoms of people and citizens in the world" and he explained the purpose of declaring 2024 as the "Year of Legal Education" in ensuring the supremacy of the law, raising the status of the law, forming a stable system of legal behavior and promoting democratic values. Nosirov Kh. noted that the issue of increasing legal knowledge and in this context the formation of a high legal culture, strengthening the principle of the rule of law is of particular importance. Having legal knowledge is important for every intelligent and healthy person regardless of his profession, said the speaker at the end.
It should be noted that the conference will continue until April 27 in sections on the basis of each active department, and based on the reports, scientifically based proposals will be sent to the relevant authorities.
