Professional improvement of TSUFE teachers in the Republic of Uzbekistan

A group of university professors made a working trip to Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, and the National Teacher Training Center of the new teaching methodology of the Bukhoro region to improve their professional skills and be acquainted with the new teaching experience and process at the Bukhoro State University of the Republic of Uzbekistan. By the order of the rector of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, their working trip was from 18/05/2024 to 26/05/2024, for 9 days. 
During the working trip, TSUFE teachers were acquainted with a number of works, experience and classes of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service and the National Teacher Training Center of the new teaching methodology of the Bukhara region, at the same time, they enjoyed the experience and process of teaching at Bukhara State University of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In the city of Samarkand, professors and teachers of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics held a fruitful meeting with the rector of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service (SIES) M.E. Pulatov and the members of University’s administration. At this meeting, the Head of the Monitoring and Quality Management of Education Department of TSUFE, Associate Professor Sh. Sulaimonzoda presented a Letter of gratitude for bilateral cooperation on behalf of the rector of our university, A.H. Abdualimzoda to the rector of this institute, Mr. M.E. Pulatov.
 On May 22, 2024, the teachers of TSUFE and specialized departments of SIES signed agreements of cooperation: the Foreign languages Department of TSUFE signed an agreement with the Foreign languages Department of SIES; International financial and credit relations department  of TSUFE signed an agreement with the World economy department of SIES, exchange activities department of TSUFE and the digital economy and Digital Finance of SIES signed bilateral agreement, as well as Banking department of TSUFE signed an agreement with Banking Department of SIES. These agreements have a very important assessment for departmental cooperation between the parties. In the end of the trip, the Administration of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service presented a “Certificate” to each university teacher after completing a professional development course.
 After a working trip of university teachers at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, they went to the National Center for Teacher Training of the new teaching methodology in the Bukhara region and the Bukhara State University of the Republic of Uzbekistan to familiarize with the experience and process of teaching.
On May 24, 2024 it was held at a high level a Scientific and Methodological Seminar on the topic “Priority directions of strategic goals and their implementation in the context of digitalization of the economy of the Republic of Tajikistan” at the National Center for Teacher Training of the new teaching methodology in the Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of professors and teachers of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics. At the same time, in order to familiarize themselves with the management process of Bukhara State University, the group of our university teachers visited this higher institution of the neighboring republic and became familiar with its working methods.
 After completing the upgrading course, on May 25, 2024, the management of the National Center for Teacher Training of the new teaching methodology in the Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan awarded our university teachers “Certificates” for completing professional trainings.
 It should be noting that conducting advanced training courses for university teaching staff and familiarization with the educational process in foreign universities helps to increase the level of knowledge and worldview of teachers on new teaching methods and training of specialists who meet the requirements of the labor market.
