Vice-rector on Academic work Ibragimov I. R. opening session of the circle introduced the content and essence of the problem to the participants. Touching upon the relevance of the topic Ibragimov I. R. stressed the need to find ways to achieve the program objectives. As the speaker noted in ensuring food security of the country, as well as to increase the level of profitability in agriculture scientific research in this field play an important role. In this direction a significant role also plays errands and guidance of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. At his annual Message of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon focuses on it. 

Scientific report "The Strategy of Realization of the Program on Agricultural Reform on 2013 -2020" was presented by Doctor of economic sciences, professor of FEIT Kudratov R.R. The speaker noted that provision of food in sufficient quantity, variety and quality is one of the most important problems facing the Government of the Republic. Level of provision the population with food depends on the food security of the country. Scientific advances and reform in this field influenced on the formation and establishment of the required level of food security in Tajikistan.

Based on the experience of individual economically developed countries, the speaker paid attention to the importance of institutional innovations in management, industrial diversification and reform of management of land resources, institutions of consultative and information centers in this field.

During the work of the circle masters and post graduate students, members of the mass media asked questions to the author of the report.
