The Constitution is the Guarantor of Right of Citizens on Getting Education

The conference "The Constitution is the Guarantor of Right of Citizens on Getting Education" took place in FEIT on September 24, 2014. The conference was organized by the scientific department of the institute, faculty of Management and Economic Right, department of the Economic and Financial Right and department of the Humanities, devoted to the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Jurakhon Sharipov – the dean of faculty of Management and Economic Right, started the work of the conference and noted that the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan has huge value for society development and it is a source for national legal system of the republic. 

The vice rector for science Giyosiddin Ashurov made the congratulatory speech  and noted that recognition of education as universal value in the Republic of Tajikistan found the reflection first of all in Constitution of RT.  Today the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan attaches great importance to process of the organization of upbringing and education in the conditions of democratic society.  According to the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, each citizen has the right for free development and training.  One of the priority directions of social policy of our state is the branch of development of education.  At a present stage this task is the main strategic objective of our state. 

According to the program of conference also made reports:   the candidate of legal sciences, the associate professor of the department of Economic and Financial Right Nosirov N. B. ("The Right for Training under the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and CIS countries: comparative and legal analysis");   the teacher of department of the Humanities Nozimov H.   ("The Constitution is the Guarantor on Free Training of Citizens"); the assistant of department of the Financial and Economic Right Dustov S. ("Constitutional Rights on Training in the Republic of Tajikistan"); the 3year student of specialty Legal Regulation of Finance and Credit Firuzi Talbak ("The Constitution is the Guarantor of Human and Citizens’ Rights and Liberties"); the 2 year student of specialty Economic Right Nazarzoda Akhliddin ("The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and Constitutional Rights of Citizens on Training").  

Doctor of legal sciences, Professor Ismoilov Sh. M., who was the member of the working group on drafting the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan told about activity of the working group and shared the reminiscences of work on drafting the first Constitution of sovereign Tajikistan. 
The results of the work were summarized at the end of conference.
