Training on strategic management of higher educational institutions

On January 9 and 10, 2015 within the TEMPUS program and "Institute for Strategic Management of Universities" project the training on the subject "Strategic Management of  Universities" was held at Finance and Economic Institute of Tajikistan. B. Safarov – vice rector on International Relations of FEIT opened the training. He noted that this training is organized within the TEMPUS program. This program is operated in Tajikistan from 2010. Training was devoted to the questions of effective management of administration of institute. 
One of the participants of training Safiullo Habibov – the national coordinator of ISMU project of the TEMPUS program in Tajikistan noted that the main objective of the project is support of processes of modernization of the higher education and development of potential of higher educational institutions.
The following reports were heard on training: Doctor of  Economics, professor of Department of Accounting Zarif Sharipov on the subject "Financial Management in the Sphere of Education"; Doctor of Economics, professor of Management Department Shavkat Bozorov on the subject "In the forefront"; Candidate of Economic Sciences, associate professor Bakhrom Safarov on the subject "Marketing in Education"; Candidate of Economic Sciences, associate professor Giyosiddin Ashurov on the subject "Strategic Management in Research and Innovations"; the leading expert of International Relations Department of FEIT Nargiz Chorkulova on the subject "Management of Employees".
It should be noted that this training – another step to success in business of improvement of quality of education and management of institute.
