Sport competitions began

From January 10 till January 17 within celebration of Day of Employees of Customs authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan sport competitions between teams of teachers, students of Finance and Economic Institute of Tajikistan and employees of Customs service at the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan will be held in FEIT on several most popular sports at once: small football, volleyball, table tennis and chess. 

On January 10, 2015 the opening ceremony of these competitions took place in FEIT. The Deputy chief of Customs service at the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Tokhirdzhon Nurov, the Head of Internal debts Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan Shokhin Mulloyev, the Deputy head of department on Physical Training and Development of Sport of Committee on affairs of youth, sport and tourism at the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Dilshod Abdurakhimov took part at the opening ceremony.

The vice rector for International Relations of Finance and Economic Institute of Tajikistan Bahrom Safarov opened the action. He noted that the organization of the competitions testifies that FEIT is one of the leading higher educational institutions on training of highly qualified specialists in the sphere of customs service. He hoped that the joint organization of various actions can contribute promotion of a healthy lifestyle among youth.

T. Nurov and D. Abdurakhimov made the welcome speeches among participants of competitions, wished good luck to sportsmen and noted that a healthy lifestyle, being an important factor of health, increases labor activity, creates physical and the peace of mind, makes active living position of the person. The youth has to pay much attention to the health as the future of our country depends on the younger generation leading a healthy lifestyle. For years of the state independence all conditions are created in the republic in order that sport and physical culture were available to a general population.  

At the end of the opening ceremony the acrobats and the fighters acted before guests and participants of competitions. Then sports competitions began on sports grounds.
