Providing young specialists with work
On January 20, 2015 the question of distribution of young specialists was considered at the meeting. The personnel manager of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan Amonullo Izatulloev took part at the meeting. The vice rector for science of FEIT Giyosiddin Ashurov opened the meeting. He noted that the students, who graduated from the Institute on a budgetary basis, will be sent to work to state-financed organizations. G. Ashurov noted that on the basis of the tripartite agreement signed by the local public authority, FEIT and student, the young specialist is obliged to be on the place of employment, work there for at least three years, and to contribute to the socio-economic development of the country.
As appears from the information provided by the Chief of the Educational Department A. Nurulloev, this year in 10 specialties for Bachelor's program 173 students will graduate from the institute, and Master's program – 39 students. All graduates will be employed on the basis of requests granted by companies and organizations to the institute administration. Thus, young specialists will be forwarded to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as its subordinate structures, Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Committee of Statistics under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State Savings Bank of Tajikistan "Amonatbank" subordinate structures SUE "Tojiksugurta" Bank "Eskhata", local self-government institutions and others.
It was noted that the students will be directed to the place of work on the distribution after the state exams.
The dean of Finance and Credit faculty Shukrullo Khairov and the head of the Insurance department Sadihoja Madiev wished the students good luck in the professional undertaking and gave them advice how to start a professional career.
At the end of the event undergraduates Tahmina Davlatshoeva, Mirzousuf Niyozov, Ulfatshoi Kholmirzo, Faizullo Karimov thanked the teachers for their contribution to their professional development in English.
