Message - strategic document
The President’s Message of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to Parliament is a strategic document that defines the main directions of the activity of our country. In this regard, on February 7, 2015 a meeting on the study and discussion of this important document was held in FEIT. The meeting was attended by the First Deputy chairman of the Committee on Youth, Sport and Tourism of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan K. Miraliev, Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Development of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan A. Norov, Leading specialist of the Women’s and Family Affairs Committee under the government of the Republic of Tajikistan A. Mansurova, Leading specialist of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan H. Ziyodulloeva.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of FEIT I. Ibrohimov explained the tasks set by the President in his Message on the economic development of the country, Associate professor of humanities G. Mirzoev identified the main aspects of the Message in matters of international relations. The teacher of the Tajik and Russian languages department S. Safarov focused on field of education. The speakers noted that the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has placed in the Message priorities in foreign and internal policy and determine which issues to be addressed in Tajikistan primarily. Separately, the President addressed the issue of training qualified personnel; so as to solve this problem depends largely on the economic development of the country.
K. Miraliev noted that the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Message, outlined the main principles of youth policy, with a particular emphasis on the political and cultural education of the younger generation, because special hope are pinned on them, as the most active, initiative and good social group capable of creating innovative and intelligent product, which is essential to society at the present stage of development.
The Leading specialist of Women’s and Family Affairs Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan A. Mansurova informed that the 2015 is the Year of family. Then she stopped at frequent causes of divorce in the country, the dangers of consanguineous marriages, ways to improve the family culture and strengthening the position of women in society.
I. Ibrohimov noted that teachers and students of FEIT actively participate in the study and discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Parliament. They discussed a wide range of issues of direct relevance to the key issues raised in the Message of President of the Republic and economic development of the country, spiritual self-improvement, the development of a sense of national dignity and civil consciousness, strengthening the status of women in society etc.
The speakers noted the importance of the President's Message and expressed their opinions on the main directions of the document.
