Faculty of  Finance and credit is one of the largest faculties in the institute, the structure of which includes such departments as: banking, finance and monetary and money circulation as well as exchange activities and securities. 

The faculty prepares specialists in four specialties: 1-25010401 - Finance, 1-25010408 - stock market, 1-25010402 - banking, 1-25010202 - financial and banking economy. 

The teachers conduct research activities in the field of improvement of financial mechanisms for sustainable economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan in an open economy. At the departments of the faculty the research and teaching activities are conducted by more than 50 employees, 31 of them are full-time employees, 18 part-time, including 15 PhDs. 

There are two equipped language laboratories, 1 computer class and 2 classrooms with electronic boards in the faculty.
