The main goal of the teaching staff and employees of the Faculty of Management and Economic Law is to train highly qualified specialists. The educational process at the faculty is carried out in accordance with educational programs and curricula approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan and the University Academic Council. Training at the faculty is provided in full-time, second higher education, and part-time formats.
The structure of the faculty includes the Dean, the Academic Council, the Scientific and Methodological Council, three Departments, Advisors for academic and student affairs, the Deputy Dean for Science and International Relations, the Youth Organization, the Council of Women and Girls, and the Trade Union Committee of faculty and staff.
The faculty has two computer classrooms, eight smart boards, and scientific-research laboratories that provide the necessary conditions for conducting classes using modern teaching methods.
Within the faculty structure, the following departments operate: Management, Financial Management, and Economic, Financial and Anti-Corruption Law, which train specialists in various fields of the national economy in the following specialties:

Faculty of Customs Activity and Economic Security
The faculty staff consists of 42 members, including 3 Doctors of Science, 15 Candidates of Science (PhD equivalents), and the remaining are senior lecturers and assistants engaged in teaching, education, and scientific-methodical work.
The faculty pays special attention to the training of scientific personnel and annually publishes the results of its professors’ research in the form of books and collections.
Student research activities are organized according to the plan of the student scientific society. Such societies operate within each department and hold meetings once a month.
Specialty 1–24010302 — Legal Regulation of Finance and Credit
This specialty trains specialists in financial management, monetary circulation and securities, legal experts in stock exchange law, and financial lawyers for banks and other small financial-credit institutions.
Specialty 1–96010101 — Legal Support of Customs Activity
This specialty prepares lawyers specializing in customs law and customs operations.
Specialty 1–24010300 — Economic Law
This specialty trains lawyer-economists, business and service lawyers, auditing lawyers, and professionals capable of working in economic and arbitration courts.
Specialty 1–26020208 — Investment Management
Specialties 1–26020200 and 1–260102 — “Management” and “Public Administration and Law”
Graduates of these specialties become broadly qualified professionals in management, economics, and law, earning the qualification of manager-economist, lawyer, and a bachelor’s degree.
After graduation, they can work:

in banking structures;

in law enforcement agencies.
