Brief Biographical Profile

Born on September 18, 1982, in Temurmalik District (former Sovetsky District) of Khatlon Region. In 2000, he successfully graduated from Secondary School No. 34 of Temurmalik District.

He is a graduate of the Institute of Tax and Law of Tajikistan with a degree in Law. He obtained his second higher education in Finance from the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics in 2023.

He began his professional career in 2005 as an inspector at the Faculty of Law of the Institute of Tax and Law of Tajikistan. From 2008 to 2020, he worked as a leading specialist, advisor, and Deputy Dean at the Tajik Economic Institute.

During 2020–2023, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, and from 2023 to 2024 as Dean of the Faculty of Management and Economic Law.

Since February 2024, he has been appointed First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics. Married, father of four children.
