Egamov Sukhrob Khudoykulovich was born in 1985. He is Uzbek by nationality, married, and has three children. In 2002, he was admitted to the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Tajik State National University (currently Tajik National University) and graduated in 2007.

After graduating, in 2007 he began his professional career as a computer science lecturer at the Department of Technology and Telecommunications of the College of Informatics and Computer Engineering in Dushanbe. From 2014 to November 1, 2022, he worked at the Department of Information Technology of the Technological College of Dushanbe. Since 2021, he served as the Head of the Testing and Registration Center of the same college.

From November 1, 2022, to September 20, 2025, he worked as an information technology teacher at Secondary School No. 21 in the Shohmansur district of Dushanbe. Since September 1, 2025, he has been working as an Assistant at the Department of Applied Informatics in Economics at the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics.
