Mavlonazarova Shahru Ramatshoevna was born on 19 July 1994. Completed her secondary general education in 2011, graduating from Secondary General Education Institution No. 8.

After graduating from secondary school in 2011, she enrolled in English language courses within the continuing education program at the University of Central Asia, which she successfully completed. In the same year, she continued her studies at the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, where she was admitted to the Faculty of Tourism and Customs Services.

In 2015, she successfully graduated from the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality.
