Hamzaev Tolibsho Sirojiddinovich was born on May 18, 1995, in the Khatlon region, Dangara district, Pushinsky district. He is a Tajik citizen and is married with two children. In 2017, he graduated from Bokhtar State University with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Work and previous activities

- In 2013-2017 he studied at the Bokhtar State University named after N. Khusrav, Bokhtar.

- In 2017, he graduated from Bokhtar State University named after N. Khusraw, Bokhtar.

- From 2017 to 2019, he studied for a master's degree at the Institute of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

- Since 2014, he has been working as a specialist in the youth sector in Bokhtar.

- From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Information Technology at Bokhtar State University named after N. Khusrav.

- Since 2021, he has worked as an assistant at the Department of Digital Economy and Logistics at the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, Dushanbe.

- From 2023 to 2025, he was a registrar at the Faculty of Information Technologies in Economics of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, Dushanbe.

- Since 2025, he has been an educational consultant at the Faculty of Digital Economy and Innovative Technologies of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, Dushanbe.

- From 2022-2025 – Doctor of Sciences (PhD) of the National University of Tajikistan.
