Isoeva Dilangez Rajabalievna, born in 2001, is a citizen of Tajikistan. In 2019, she entered the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, Faculty of Information Technologies in Economics, and graduated in 2023 with a degree in Mathematician-Programmer. From 2023 to 2025, she studied at the Faculty of Scientific and Pedagogical Training, specializing in Public Finance Management. She began her career in 2025 as an assistant in the Department of Digital Economy and Logistics, Faculty of Digital Economy and Innovative Technologies, Tajik State University of Finance and Economics.
